Summary/Abstract: To live life as fully as possible, and to realize one’s fullest range of potentials, necessitates that one live spontaneously and creatively. However, this article cannot teach you how to be creative and spontaneous. At best, it can only provide some clues or pointers. The “journey” must be made by you, directly. You cannot be taught to be spontaneous and creative any more than you can be taught to be sensitive or to love, for these states exist only when the mind is not rehearsed or patterned in any way. So no path, method, or formula can ever lead you to spontaneity or creativity
