Summary/Abstract: The 2011 Commercial Code (which came into force in July 2012) tends to replace the old provisions with those that reflect contemporary solutions of the 'internet' age. It should be emphasized that the reform of the third millennium does not only concern commercial law, but also the entire body of private law: the Civil Code was fully revised in 2002, a new Code of Obligations was approved by Parliament in 2011, as well as a new Code of Civil Procedure.
