Summary/Abstract: The Braşov Court of Appeal decided to address two preliminary questions to the Court of Justice of the European Union regarding the interpretation of the European Union law regarding the implications of a decision handed down by an administrative court in a criminal trial, in the matter of Directive 89/391. On this occasion, the Court of Justice of the European Union clarified several aspects regarding the interpretation and application of European Union law.
