Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the trends of the agricultural e-contract and the effects of this contract on parties and third parties. Technologies in the agricultural field are extremely necessary taking into account the advantages they offer, the speed of accessing agricultural services on the one hand, and the efficiency of concluding contracts in the agricultural field in electronic form, regardless of their type. This research presents the relativity principles and the effects of the electronic contracts in the agricultural domain, the accessibility to the modern technologies that offers absent parties thepossibility to conclude/sign legal deeds in electronic forms and to perform the delivery of goods and/or agricultural agreed services.
