THE (AUTO)REFERENTIAL PENDULUM IN KOCHO RACIN’S BELI MUGRI

Summary/Abstract: The theoretical premises of the article are based on Roman Jakobson’s theses about the poetic function of language as dominant in poetic messages, supplemented by the expressive/emotive function, which does not exclude the referential function either. With this background, this paper aims to interpret the procedures of articulation of the auto-referential and referential dimensions in Kocho Racin’s poetry collection Beli mugri.
