Circular Economy Approaches In The Methodology For Determining The Municipal Waste Tax

Summary/Abstract: In the present development, the most essential moments in the topics regarding ways to determine solid waste and the circular economy for efficient utilization of waste are considered. The current legislation governing the administration of the household waste fee is reviewed in general terms. Defects and prospects standing in front it are considered. Good models of MSW determination and administration in the Federal Republic of Germany are reviewed. As a result of the extracted good practices, an adapted model of household waste fee administration is being developed for implementation in Bulgaria, harmonized with the European directives regarding waste management. The benefits are analyzed and the costs of their introduction are indicated.
