Development Of Home And Property Damage Insurance In JSIC OZK Insurance JSC

Summary/Abstract: The main goal of the study is to assess the current state and prospects for the development of Home and Property Damage Insurance offered by OZK INSURANCE JSC. In the study, a theoretical justification of the insurance has been conducted; the features of the insurance coverage offered by OZK INSURANCE JSC have been examined; and the dynamics of the gross written premiums generated by the insurance company and the insurance payments made by it have been tracked for the period 2017-2022. The claims ratio has been calculated, with the help of which the state of the Home and Property Damage Insurance, offered by OZK INSURANCE JSC has been established. Based on the conducted research, the conclusion has been reached that the Home and Property Damage Insurance is profitable, and there are good prospects for its development for OZK INSURANCE JSC
