Summary/Abstract: : In a context of digital revolution, and more generally with a view to optimization, the schoolis looking for levers to increase the individual performance of learners. The touchscreen tablet ismaking its debut in the classroom, marking a heralded shift towards digital technology. However, thetraining and empowerment of teachers (as well as other education actors) in the various uses of digitaltechnology has not kept pace with the movement and is struggling to evolve, and remains a challengeto be met. In this contribution, we will discuss an adaptation of in-service training offers to primaryschool teachers based on real declared needs, new pedagogies and the challenges of digitalization foran appropriate educational use of the tablet.
