Summary/Abstract: This article’s purpose is not to provide predictions on the evolution of online newspapers but rather to explore the ways in which the newspapers’ online platforms are perceived and used. The approach, from a methodological point of view, is a qualitative one and wishes to identify the criteria for selection and use of newspapers’ online media. The change in paradigm in the production and distribution of information through the media has consequences both in the journalist’s practice and in the media consumer.
