Summary/Abstract: This study aims to explore the stress management strategies of school administrators and their reflections on educational environments. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach involving nine school administrators working in Adıyaman province. Semi-structured interview forms were used as the data collection tool, and the data obtained were analyzed through content analysis. The findings reveal that school administrators employ strategies such as planning, delegation, and strengthening communication to address major stress sources like workload, resource shortages, and discipline issues. Additionally, the study highlights the positive impacts of stress management strategies on educational environments, such as improved communication, increased motivation, and contributions to school culture. The study also discusses the support needed by school administrators in coping with stress effectively.
