Summary/Abstract: We live in an age of information in which quality is lost to the advantage of quantity. Information, however, is an essential element in our lives. Therefore, the implementation of security systems is one of the essential requirements in a civilized society. A better information management ensures respect for human dignity and a climate of human security. The correct and legal management of documents, security, trust, technology for archiving trends in today's information age, the responsibility of those who manage information related to the confidentiality and security of all personal data held and used, ensure their protection.
