Summary/Abstract: Particularly important in completing the portrait of Radu Mareș is his archive, which includes material still unknown to the public, letters, epistolary exchanges and conversations received from close friends and writers. Most of these documents, discovered in his workroom, consist of handwritten pages from the ҆80s onwards. The yellowed or cigarette-burned pages have been preserved with exemplary meticulousness, folded in their original envelopes or in cardboard folders bound with cloth. Some of these writings are undated, but I have tried to group them as chronologically as possible in order to be as accurate as possible (many of them were Moldavian friends, as a link with the Bucovina they left at home). Through a gesture of recovery, carried out in a detective, meticulous manner, under a magnifying glass, we have deciphered and retyped pages that are often illegible.
