Summary/Abstract: Bulgarian architecture is not a specific architectural style but rather a collection of all architectural styles that have been prevalent throughout the centuries on the territory of our country. The Third Bulgarian Kingdom is a period in Bulgarian history characterised by significant cultural and architectural advancement. The architecture of this period is highly diverse and reflects both the influences of Western European architectural styles and the specific Bulgarian traditions and national characteristics, bearing witness to the political and social transformation of the country. This report aims to explore the main characteristics and stylistic features of the architecture of the Third Bulgarian Kingdom, focusing on key buildings and architectural styles of the era. The architecture of this period reflects the dynamic social, political, and cultural landscape of the time. The traditional Revival influences and the modern functionalism of this period encompass a wide range of styles and trends, each leaving an indelible mark on the urban landscape of Bulgaria.
