The Philosophy of Islamic Education (The Case of Kosovo)

Summary/Abstract: Islamic Education is a universal concept that is developed and portrayed into the learning process that refers to the development of the universal matters. Its philosophy should reflect the integrative universal worldly issues (physical and spiritual) as well as the issues referring to the hereafter. The conceptualization of the concept of education should be explained from the perspective of the nature of man and his role in the universe and his destiny. The method used in this research is quantitative method in the form of content analyses towards the works published in the field of Islamic education. Therefore, this paper aims at bringing some philosophical concepts related to education by bringing the examples of Islamic education in Kosovo. The Islamic education system in Kosovo, its history organization and achievement.
