Summary/Abstract: Human Resource Management (HRM) is constantly evolving, driven by technological advances, social changes, and the globalisation of the job market. This article dives into key contemporary trends in HRM research, focusing on four major areas: digitalisation and tech use, diversity and inclusion, sustainability and social responsibility, and talent management in a global context. It looks at the impact of emerging technologies, like artificial intelligence and big data, on operational efficiency and employee experience, the role of diversity and inclusion in boosting innovation and creativity, the importance of sustainable practices and social responsibility for long-term organisational success, and the challenges of managing talent in a global market. The article highlights the need for adaptive and innovative strategies to tackle these challenges, contributing to the creation of fair, efficient, and sustainable workplaces.
