Summary/Abstract: Human Resource Management (HRM) is a dynamic and vast field shaped by various theories and models that provide valuable insights into the effective management of an organization’s workforce. Among the fundamental models in HRM are the Michigan model, the Harvard model, the Warwick model, and the Guest model. Each of these offers unique perspectives on how human resources can be managed strategically to achieve organizational goals.
