Summary/Abstract: E-learning the Web enabled education and training is one of the key research areas in the recent years. Knowledge which is highly structured form of information is required to perform complex tasks. E-learning affords new opportunities and a larger amount of flexibility for the entire learning community. The current effort in research is to standardize the resources and to reuse it in various diverse educational contexts. This paper deals about how the knowledge can be acquired from the experts and stored in the knowledge base and proposes a methodology for reusing the learning resources and storing the resources in the repository.
