Summary/Abstract: Geocaching involves creating and discovering places with cachesthat you can hike to by following GPS coordinates. After registering anaccount with the Geocaching app, you can see caches located near theselected site on a map. They are most often located near places of interest.They can indicate areas of natural, cultural or historical value. The purposeof the article is to introduce this form of outdoor game, to show the practi-cal possibilities of using it in tourism, recreation and education.
