Summary/Abstract: The educational factors are those in relation with the education system structure and functionality. They influence the performance level by the fact that, functioning as a system, both the state and the private public education represent the main study offering institution population address to, so that for each education institution its dimension and performance depend not only on the demographic and economic factors but also on the way in which the global demand is distributed on similar institutions or that offer comparable educational services.
