Some issues of disciplinary liability of ministry of interior employees concerning violations of ethical conduct rules

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the question of the disciplinary practice regarding violations of ethical conduct rules of servants in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In work has been done on comparative analysis. It examines violations of ethical conduct rules and other kind of disciplinary violations, as well as crimes according to the Criminal Code. There is widespread attention to the objective sign of the violation “loss of prestige in the service,”. The scientific analysis interpreters practice of the Court and scientific researches on the problem and presenting some findings.
