Summary/Abstract: The Office of Studies, Documentation, and Statistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs sent a referent, in March 1942, to carry out an administrative inspection in Bacău County. The referee observed what were the formal and substantive problems of the county administration. He analysed various issues, such as sowing, corn supply, the settlers for southern Bessarabia, Jewish property, etc.
