Summary/Abstract: Pavle Beljanski (1892–1965) was a Serbian diplomat, collector, and philanthropist. This paper describes his donated personal library. The titles of 400 books reveal a wide range of collector’s professional and personal interests–from history, legal history, and diplomacy to philosophy, art history, and fine literature. This collection of books has become a unique museological entity through museological and library cataloguing, digitization, and digital object processing. This way, a collection of books with personal, artistic, cultural, historical, and national value has been permanently preserved. Pavle Beljanski’s personal library is now available to the general public in electronic form, outside the Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection where it has been preserved for decades.
