Summary/Abstract: This study aims to analyze the relationship between the mayor and local and central public authorities. The analysis is made taking into account the post-December evolution of the executive public authority, respectively the mayor, in the context of the normative acts that have appeared and taking into account the relevant jurisprudence and doctrine in this field.
