Summary/Abstract: The study focuses on the issue of the legal status of women in Great Moravia. It analyzes the possibilities of access to Great Moravian legal monuments and reflects on the legal and ecclesiastical-historical dimension of the function of these texts in society. Special attention is paid to the code, which is generally known as Zakon sudnyj ljudem. The study also points to the possibility of comparison with the Bavarian and Franconian environment.
