Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the possibility of a Deputy managing a Care and Treatment Centre from the perspective of Article 34 para. 2 of the Act on the Exercise of the Mandate of Deputy and Senator (prohibition of managing an entrepreneur with the participation of state or municipal legal entities). The authors indicate that Care and Treatment Centres may perform business activities, provided that the relevant requirements of the Act –Entrepreneurs’ Law are fulfilled. According to the authors, the Deputy’s management of such Centre should be considered a violation of the Act on the Exercise of the Mandate of Deputy and Senator. In this situation, the Deputy should stop managing such activities, for example, by going on unpaid leave.
