Summary/Abstract: The monograph represents a scientific investigation in which the analytical exercise materializes into certain scientific results, elucidating issues related to the protection of the right to the inviolability of private life, details that are usually not exhaustively present in the specialized bibliography. Retrospectively, we will observe that until now there has not been a comprehensive study of the mentioned issues.
