Summary/Abstract: The communicative abilities of the teacher are the most important prerequisite for the effectiveness of the educational process, as this is how the interaction with the students is carried out. The teacher is responsible for understanding complex information, as well as conveying it in a clear and understandable way to students. Presenting in a way that maintains their attention, motivates them to learn more, is a prerequisite for an effective learning process. The teacher is required to adapt the content to different learning styles, build supportive relationships, as well as use encouragement and empathy in the classroom management process. Feedback is an important tool for making the classroom a safe and supportive learning environment. All these elements require good communication skills. Student success is directly related to an interactive, engaging learning environment created by capable teachers with good communication skills. In addition, the way students communicate can positively affect their perceptions of school, their role in the classroom, themselves and their abilities and motivation to succeed.
