Draft of the Characteristics of the Municipal Register of Monuments of the Commune and City of Szadek

Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of the text was to analyze the objects includedin the Municipal Register of Monuments of the Commune and City of Szadek.Another incentive to undertake the considerations was the desire to present to the inhabitants of the analyzed localities and the general public a statistical listing ofcultural heritage objects in the urban-rural municipality of Szadek. The text uses,among others, official inquiry methods. The manuscript presents the urban-ruralcommune of Szadek against the background of the Municipal Register of Monu-ments of the Commune and the City of Szadek. Monuments from the 19th and 20thcenturies dominate the analyzed administrative unit. The oldest inscribed objectsdate back to the 13th and 14th centuries. The Commune Register of Monuments ofthe Commune and City of Szadek is dominated by houses and manor-park-farmcomplexes.
