Summary/Abstract: The franchise contract is a business promotion tool, which is applied in the economic relations regarding the production and / or commercialization of the products, the execution of the works as well as the provision of the services. Using this system of contractual relations, large companies get the opportunity to expand their area of marketing of goods and services, and small companies in turn get the opportunity to practice business with minimal risk and expense using a reputable brand.
