Summary/Abstract: In my current study, I focus on civil servants, and within that – on the special category of teachers. I will offer a closer look at the freedom of conscience of teachers, to see what are the nodes and areas of particular interest, and what legal conflicts and possible methods of resolution are present in the legal system – within the case law and in the literature. Ultimately, I would like to answer the question of what the new results and emerging institutions of legal development are in the area under study – primarily in Hungary, but also internationally.
