Summary/Abstract: The article examines some of the relationships between stage cultural institutes in our country, which are largely good, but are often influenced by various factors. The presented information shows how the market principle of financing the stage culture institutes in our country can change the relationship between the managers and the teams of these institutions. In Bulgaria, the performing arts institutes are in an unequal position among themselves, accordingly, they cannot be expected to be equal before the market principle on which they currently function. The article tries to show one of the weak sides of this kind of funding of the performing arts in our country, while at the same time, an attempt is made to find workable solutions in the current situation, or a possibly better future for the performing arts.
