Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the concepts of “efficiency” and “productivity” of the workflow in relation to the conditions of remote work, as well as analyzes the most important factors related to the productivity and effectiveness of remote work. Among the methods used in the work, data analysis, synthesis and mind mapping can be distinguished. The article aims to bring clarity and eliminate the confusion regarding the definitions of the terms “remote work efficiency” and “remote work productivity” as well as the key factors related to those terms.
