Summary/Abstract: This study aims to analyse the expanding domain of nautical tourism by assessing the developing area of naval tourism in relation to contemporary patterns in the travel and hospitality sectors. These forms of tourism include activities such as sailing, yachting, and cruising, which are witnessing an increasing level of appeal among tourists. This study examines Greece as a lens to analyse the factors contributing to the growth of the maritime tourist industry. The country is renowned for its stunning beaches and rich maritime history. The paper provides insights into the economic, social, and environmental components of this rapidly developing field by combining scholarly literature with actual research. The study also examines the potential benefits and drawbacks of the growing naval tourism, providing information on how these may affect sustainability and destination management. This research provides valuable insights on the mechanics of naval tourism, which enhances our knowledge of the current trends impacting the travel and hospitality sector.
