Summary/Abstract: International organizations and non-governmental organizations have a major role in the business world; thus, this article would like to examine how international organizations and nongovernmental organizations deal with the UN Resolution on Business and Human Rights obligation and its guiding principles. The study shows that international organizations such as OECD and ILO and Non-governmental organizations like Global Compact have implemented the UN Resolution on Business and Human right on its regulation. Although the form is a guideline or code of conduct, hence is not binding as a convention, which has authority as a law-making treaty.
