Summary/Abstract: The book “Faces of the Antihero” presents a different vision of antiheroes thanis commonly accepted.The aim of the authors of the monograph is to break with the perception of the antihero asa bad and depraved person. Rather, it is a complex, complicated entity. Particularly note-worthy is the theme of comparing an antihero to an ordinary man stripped of heroism.
