Summary/Abstract: The Romanian cultural heritage, as defined in Law 189/2000, "includes all the elements resulting from the interaction, over time, between human and natural factors". Its capitalization involves the direct intervention of the authorities and representative institutions that work in the cultural field. In the article we will highlight the relevant contributions to the promotion of national identity in the Diaspora.
