Summary/Abstract: The article substantiates the essential characteristics and multi-criteria structuring of the economic security potential, in particular, according to the structural models of the economic security system of enterprises. The content and main factors of the enterprise’s organizational capacity as a component of the potential of economic security are disclosed. A comprehensive approach to assessing the level and effectiveness of economic security potential is substantiated.
