Summary/Abstract: The firearms training of personnel within the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MoIA) is a critical and increasingly pertinent issue, essential not only for safeguarding the lives of the officers but also for ensuring the safety of the citizens they protect. To achieve the objectives of this research, we have developed a comprehensive training model for MoIA personnel that integrates exercises involving simulated (dry) firing. The research focuses on analyzing the factors that impact the stability of the „shooter-weapon” system. A total of 40 officers were examined, with participants divided into a control group and an experimental group. The data collected were subjected to rigorous variance analysis and hypothesis testing. By employing specific evaluation criteria at both the commencement and conclusion of the experiment, we were able to assess the degree of improvement in the participants' marksmanship skills. The results demonstrated a significant enhancement in the grouping, accuracy, and rate of fire among the members off the experimental group
