Summary/Abstract: The article presents the forms of inheritance of the home army traditions in the contemporary Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. The legal basis for inheritance of weapon traditions in the Polish Army was discussed. Examples of inheritance of the home Army tradition in selected military formations are shown. They are referred to primarily by special forces and Territorial Defense Forces.
