Summary/Abstract: The technological push, which was provoked by the intensive penetration of information and communication technologies, had a significant impact on our lives. Thanks to this progress, today we can talk about digitalization, transformation, electronicization, etc. modern processes that transform the existing environment. In the economic aspect, the impact of new technologies is most noticeable in the private sector. Given the new technological possibilities, many business models today function completely differently, while the public sector strives to provide society with more electronic capabilities, through which to gradually build effective e-governance.
