Summary/Abstract: Digital marketing, as a tool for reaching consumers through electronic technologies, is now necessarily present in the marketing strategies of healthcare organizations. One of the most used and successful tools of digital marketing, including in the health sector, is social media. This work examines digital marketing in the health sector through social media (using the example of Austria) in two cases – as a platform for expanding the user base of health services and as a tool for e-recruitment and human capital management in the health sector.
