Summary/Abstract: The study examines the concept of estate liability, with particular attention to claims arising from the preservation or management of estate assets, emphasizing the importance of correlating all provisions related to legal acts of preservation and management within the context of succession. By analyzing the distribution of estate liability in accordance with the Civil Code, we focus on the peculiarities encountered when one of the creditors is also one of the heirs.
