Classification and organization of public events

Summary/Abstract: The results of the study on the classification, characteristics and principles of organization of public events are presented. The classification of public events according to their type, depending on the legal provisions and the degree of risk, is described. The different types of protests are described based on the level of organization, goals, danger, the possibility of violence provocations, etc. Principles regarding the organization of public demonstrations are presented. The need for prior declaration of demonstrations based on the place of their holding, the requirements regarding the content of the declarations, organizing persons, the manner of holding the meeting, the obligations regarding compliance with the law and public order, the functions of the local public administration authorities, the basic tasks of the police bodies during the holding of meetings, the conditions regarding the holding of public demonstrations are described.
