Summary/Abstract: The article examines the historical periodization of the phenomenon of constitutional control in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The scientific discourse of the transformation of the institution of constitutional control in historical retrospect in the theory and practice of constitutionalism has revealed trends and patterns. The study periodizes the development of the Institute of Constitutional control of the Republic of Kazakhstan, analyzes the formation and development of constitutional justice bodies over 4 stages.
