Summary/Abstract: They do not pay health insurance contributions and as such are listed in the NRA registers. Over the last 10 years the number of uninsured persons has decreased by 47%, but it is still a high enough percentage. In 2023, one in 11 citizens in Bulgaria is uninsured.
