Summary/Abstract: Human resource management is traditionally considered as a complex system, encompassing a rich set of tools, through which human resources are attracted, formed and used to achieve the organization's goals. In the last few years, various solutions based on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) that efficiently process large databases in the field are beginning to take an increased role as a tool in this system. The usage of AI in human resource management activities is actually already bringing significant benefits to some organizations. The report examines the directions in which it can and is applied, emphasizing the benefits of implementing of such technologies. At the same time, the usage of AI in this field is also associated with quite a few challenges, which managers should carefully and thoroughly identify and influence in order to increase the efficiency of people and organizations for the benefit of all parties.
