Objective Contexts on the Question of the Differences Between Intellectual Maps and the Schemеs

Summary/Abstract: The article presents objective contexts on the issue of the difference between mind maps and schemas. T. Buzan's structural and methodical laws for creating intellectual maps have been studied and visualized. The presented comparisons of intellectual maps with other graphic organizers reveal the differences and the specifics. The danger zones of the intellectual maps are presented. The possibilities of application of software products, which minimize the cases of unification of visual models between intellectual maps and schemes (graphic organizers), are shown.
