Summary/Abstract: Milei faces the fourth attempt at neoliberal reorganization. He captured a sector of voters with the naive illusion of penalizing the “political caste” and eradicating inflation with dollarization. He longs for an authoritarian presidentialism, builds his own base and forged three alliances. The libertarian is not a fascist. He hopes to modify the social relations of power like Thatcher, while he repeats Bolsonaro's sequence. He triumphed at the polls due to the economic collapse and the Kirchnerist refusal to fight a bold battle. That balance is evaded with descriptions and justifications. Due to the scale of the imminent adjustment, a war against the people is looming. Debt with privatizations returns to the scene, in chaotic disputes over business. Resistance from below and dissent from above will affect Milei. A new protagonist alters the country's diagnoses.
