Summary/Abstract: The issue concerns the sense of professional satisfaction and stress levels amongpersonal trainers in the perspective of the Covid-19 pandemic. Job satisfaction (in this case, thejob of personal trainer) and stress levels occurring in the above-mentioned professional groupin the perspective of the Covid-19 pandemic and in the post-pandemic period were analysedin detail. The purpose of the study was to verify whether there were relationships betweenstress levels and feelings of job satisfaction during the pandemic and post-pandemic periods.Questionnaires were used to conduct the study: Sense of Stress Questionnaire – KPS, by Plopa,Makarowski (2010), Job Satisfaction Scale – SSP, by Zalewska (2003). The study group consistedof 62 people, 51 women and 11 men, aged between 26 and 60 years.
