Summary/Abstract: In today's digital society, security services are challenged to compete with minute-by-minute developments in digital and communication technologies and security control and crime prevention and countermeasures. That is why the control within a legal framework of the communication between criminal entities, although virtual and at first glance difficult to trace, is of particular significance for the resistance of the state, national security and countering criminal crime. The question of the practical application of the information obtained by the SRS and the importance both for intelligence activity and in the criminal process.
